About Me

I’ve been a rock guitarist, singer/songwriter, commercial artist, drug addict, liar, cheat, serial monogamist, Buddhist, Taoist (still am mostly), Hypnotherapist, Counsellor, Coach and Teacher and more. But more importantly, I’ve always been on my journey back to the soul realm, to source, to peace and contentment, and in my case, to God. But ultimately, to truly finding out who I AM without the emotional pain that plagued my life. To do this I have had periods of depression, solitude and study. I’ve hit just about every rocky road there is until one day – as if my cries for help were finally heard – it all came together, it made sense, and I knew my way home. I didn't actually believe that anyone could cure me of my new bad habit - midnight snacking by simply talking to me. I thought it would be a willpower thing. Ioannis spoke, and spoke, and I sort of drifted off and when I came back, I had no interest anymore in my midnight rambles. This was one of the most bizarre things ever. I've always been terrified of spiders for no apparent reason. I've never been bitten or anything, I just was scared. Anyway, Ioannis came to my house and told me he was going to do conversational hypnotherapy where he just spoke with me. I closed my eyes but didn't feel I had gone into any deep sleep or anything. Anyway, he left and said don't think about it, I would be fine. I thought, cheeky sod has just rinsed me of £80. I felt no different at all. Two nights later one of my daughters screamed. I ran into the room and there was a not too large but large enough spider (i had obviously passed on my fear to them). Without thinking I grabbed a cup and piece of card off one of their desks and took the spider outside! I would NEVER had done that a week ago. The fear had completely gone. I still can't quite get my head around it.
